Milk the Funk (MTF) began as a simple idea to get home brewers interested in more advanced and “funky” topics talking on March 6, 2013. Since its inception, Milk the Funk is becoming a communal authority on alternative yeast and bacteria fermentation with an emphasis in alternative brewing techniques.
