Changes

All species of [[Brettanomyces]] can produce forms of Tetrahydropyridinein varying amounts. Additionally, Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) including [[Lactobacillus]] and [[Pediococcus]] can produce forms of THP. Acetic Acid Bactera (AAB) has also been demonstrated to produce forms of THP <ref name="Snowdon"></ref>.
