Black Project Spontaneous & Wild Ales was a Denver based brewery that focuses on spontaneously fermented beer. They were continued supporters of the Milk The Funk community as well as their local homebrew community, and have won multiple GABF awards for their spontaneously fermented beers. Black Project closed in 2022.
