Sake
Sake, also spelled saké (/ˈsɑːkeɪ/ SAH-kay US also /ˈsɑːki/ SAH-kee),[1] is an alcoholic beverage made through a co-fermentative process using grain, water, koji (aspergillus oryzae) and yeast.
