This is a simple non-synthetic yeast growth media shared by Cory Widmayer on Milk The Funk, and is based off of [https://academic.oup.com/femsyr/article/13/1/34/544881 Leite et al. (2013)]. This media and method are claimed to grow ''Brettanomyces'' very quickly. Widmayer also provides a synthetic version of the recipe on the MTF post.
