====Inhibiting Lactic Acid Bacteria====
Dry hopping inhibits Gram-positive bacteria such as ''Lactobacillus''. Humulinic acids have been found to greatly inhibit bacteria (see [[Hops#Antimicrobial_Properties|Antimicrobial Properties]]).
